The residents of Huntington Park are friendly folks, who enjoy walking with family and friends on the quiet streets, where children can still spy on a squirrel, surprise a doe, and delight in the song of a robin. Though only a mile from the Atlanta Highway, Huntington Park is a world away from the bustle of city life. It is a great place to call home.

The Huntington Park Community Association consists of residents of Huntington Park who pay an annual maintenance fee, currently set at $50. The maintenance fee is due in the first quarter of the year. Membership is voluntary, but it is in the interest of every homeowner to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the neighborhood. There are numerous benefits of membership, including maintenance of the common areas and front entrance, a printed neighborhood directory, periodic newsletters, and social events throughout the year. In addition to these activities, a neighborhood website and group e-mail system are available for members. The Association  holds an annual meeting in December for the election of new officers.
